When will my order ship?
Our usual processing time before an order ships out is 3-6 business days depending on canvases size and framing options.
When will my order arrive?
Usually in 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Do I need to pay customs?
No customs or local taxes on EU orders.
For customers outside the EU, please note item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any customs or import duties. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
How is my order shipped?
Both gallery wrapped and framed canvases are very well protected during shipping, because we use bubble wrap, as well as a durable cardboard box. Framed canvases have additional cardboard protective sheet and foam corners.
The canvas art is shipped ready to hang right out of the box and comes fully assembled.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How much is shipping?
For all EU and UK orders shipping is free. For any other orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
All our customers have 30 days to change their mind after purchase. The 30 days starts from the day you were delivered a product. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 30 days after your return request. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return (shipping and customs). Contact us at support@seembols.com to get the address for shipping back your order.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns on gift cards. All gift card purchases are FINAL.
- We do not accept returns for change of a design and swap out one piece of art for another.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
