Do you got free shipping?

We offer free EU & UK shipping. Our production facility is located in Riga, Latvia (EU country) and we made it super convenient for EU & UK customers to enjoy our art without worrying about extra shipping costs.

Orders are shipped out with FedEx, DHL, UPS & DPD shipping carriers. No delivery to P.O. Boxes.

What are shipping times?

  • Europe: 2-5 business days
  • North America: 5-7 business days
  • South America: 5-7 business days
  • Australia: 5-10 business days
  • Asia: 5-10 business days
  • Africa: 5-10 business days

Do I need to pay any local taxes?

No customs or local taxes on EU orders.

For customers outside the EU, please note item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any customs or import duties. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

Can I track my order?

After you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed. As soon as your order leaves our production facility, we send a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking link. You can track your order anytime on our website on Order Tracking page with your order number or tracking code provided.

If you didn't get any email with a Tracking link or there is no tracking updates from us, please send us an email with the name or email you have made the order with to support@seembols.com and we will help you to track your order.

How are orders shipped?

Both gallery wrapped and framed canvases are very well protected during shipping, because we use bubble wrap, as well as a durable cardboard box. Framed canvases have additional cardboard protective sheet and foam corners.

The canvas art is shipped ready to hang right out of the box and comes fully assembled.

How long will delivery take?

It's important to keep in mind that we are printing all orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us 3-6 business days to fulfill your order plus 2-10 business days shipping time depending on destination.

Please note: in high season from November to January processing and shipping times may be extended.

What is your returns & refund policy?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. After all your satisfaction is all that matters when it comes to buying a high quality canvas art.

All our customers have 30 days to change their mind after purchase. The 30 days starts from the day you were delivered a product. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 30 days after your return request. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return (shipping and customs). Contact us at support@seembols.com to get the address for shipping back your order.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards. All gift card purchases are FINAL.
  • We do not accept returns for change of a design and swap out one piece of art for another.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What if got damaged shipment?

In the event that a product delivered to you damaged, we ask that detailed photos or video of the damaged product be sent to our Customer Care team at support@seembols.com, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. We are making our best to begin processing orders lightning fast just to make sure you will get in hands your canvas art as soon as possible.

What are payment options?

We want to make buying your favorite Seembols canvases fast and easy, and accept the following payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards?

You can only use one credit/debit card per order, but you can combine a gift card payment with a credit card payment.

Why don't I see Apple Pay as an option?

You need to be signed in to your iCloud account to see Apple Pay as an option on Seembols.com. If you're shopping on Seembols.com, you need to use Safari as your web browser. And if you're shopping Seembols.com on an older MacBook, you may not see Apple Pay yet.
