Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Cyprus and Malta are the two exceptions. We ship everywhere else as well, at a rate calculated by destination at checkout.

Orders ship with FedEx, DHL, UPS or DPD, with tracking on every order. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Delivery Times

Every piece is printed and stretched after you order it, so nothing is sent from stock. Production takes 3 to 6 business days, followed by transit:

• US, Canada, UK and EU: 3 to 5 business days
• Rest of the world: 4 to 7 business days

Most orders arrive within 10 days. From November to January, production and delivery can take a few days longer, and a carrier delay can occasionally add a day or two at any time of year.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders delivered within the European Union carry no customs or import charges. Outside the EU, the price and shipping cost do not include customs duties or local taxes. These are collected by the carrier on delivery, and your local customs office can tell you what applies before you order.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as it is placed, and a second email with a tracking link once it ships. You can follow it at any time on our Order Tracking page with your order number or tracking code.

If the tracking email has not arrived or the tracking has not updated, write to support@seembols.com with the name or email address on the order and we will look into it.

Packaging

Every canvas is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. Framed pieces also get a protective cardboard sheet and foam corners. Each piece arrives fully assembled, with the hanging hardware already fitted.
