Refunds & Returns

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. After all your satisfaction is all that matters when it comes to buying a high quality canvas art.

All our customers have 30 days to change their mind after purchase. The 30 days starts from the day you were delivered a product. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 30 days after your return request. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return (shipping and customs). Contact us at support@seembols.com to get the address for shipping back your order.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards. All gift card purchases are FINAL.
  • We do not accept returns for change of a design and swap out one piece of art for another.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event that a product delivered to you damaged, we ask that detailed photos or video of the damaged product be sent to our Customer Care team at support@seembols.com, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. We are making our best to begin processing orders lightning fast just to make sure you will get in hands your canvas art as soon as possible.
